We partnered with Rauch Möbel to conduct a Proof of Quality case, showcasing the efficiency and precision of our automated render pipeline. This system allows the client to simply input an Excel sheet with product data and corresponding CAD files, and from there, high-quality, photorealistic product images are generated fully automatically.
For companies with large product catalogs, such as Rauch Möbel, this kind of pipeline is a game changer. Traditional rendering workflows can be time-consuming and resource-intensive, especially when handling thousands of product variations. Our automated solution eliminates manual intervention, ensuring consistent quality, accurate materials, and perfect lighting across an entire product range—without requiring individual scene setup for each item.
The primary objective of this project was to prove that our pipeline could maintain exceptional image quality while allowing the client to scale from 20,000 to 30,000 product images per year. This means faster turnaround times, reduced production costs, and the ability to respond quickly to market trends and new product launches.
By leveraging automation, furniture brands can maximize efficiency, enhance visual consistency, and dramatically increase output, all while maintaining a premium, high-end look for their marketing and e-commerce materials. This project demonstrated not only the power of CGI in large-scale content creation but also how smart automation can revolutionize the way brands present their products.
